Friends Consulting Group (FCG) is proud to partner with Birdville ISD on the construction of a replacement campus for Mullendore Elementary. Our team is managing the entire project, from leading the construction bid process to overseeing timelines and providing consistent updates to the district. Funded by the voter-approved 2022 BISD Bond Referendum, this new school at 4100 Flory Street in North Richland Hills replaces the original 1955 building. FCG is dedicated to maximizing the district's bond funds to deliver a modern, state-of-the-art elementary school for the community by its scheduled completion in August 2025.
