As part of a district-wide initiative funded by a voter-approved $300 million bond package, Friends Consulting Group (FCG) managed the extensive additions and renovations at Birdville ISD's Haltom High School. This $25 million project began in June 2023 and was completed in July 2025, significantly enhancing the campus. The scope included the construction of a new band hall wing, modern science labs, and a new administration office, along with the refurbishment and expansion of the gymnasiums and locker rooms. FCG’s oversight ensured these critical upgrades, which were part of a broader bond addressing safety, security, and technology across the district, were managed effectively to deliver maximum value for the community.
