Friends Consulting Group (FCG) is partnering with Comanche ISD to manage the significant expansion and renovation of its high school. Our team is leading the project from the initial construction bid process through completion, providing diligent oversight of timelines and consistent updates to the district. The project is scheduled for a phased completion; students will be welcomed into new sections for the 2026-2027 school year, followed by the final phase which includes the demolition of unused parts of the old building.

The scope of this project includes larger classrooms with modern technology infrastructure, upgraded facilities for career and technical education programs like health science and automotive technology, additional bathrooms, and comprehensive safety and security improvements. FCG's management will ensure the revitalized Comanche High School delivers an enriched learning environment, supports teacher retention, meets modern code and safety standards, and serves the district's growing community for years to come.
