To support the growth of Aubrey ISD's high school, Friends Consulting Group (FCG) is managing the development of a new indoor practice facility and field house. Our role encompasses the entire project lifecycle, beginning with leading the construction bid process to secure the best contractor. We are currently providing rigorous oversight of project timelines and budgets, ensuring transparent and consistent updates for district leadership. FCG is dedicated to maximizing the value of the district's bond funds, and we will continue to steer this project toward its estimated completion in summer 2026, delivering an exceptional facility for the school's expanding needs.
