Friends Consulting Group (FCG) partnered with Aubrey ISD to successfully deliver a brand-new elementary school, completed in 2024. Our team managed the project from concept to reality, starting by overseeing the competitive bid process to select the best construction partner. We then directed all aspects of the project, including managing timelines and providing consistent, transparent updates to district leadership. FCG's diligent oversight ensured the district’s bond money was maximized, delivering a modern and welcoming learning environment for students on time and on budget.
